Another fail from EPE
Doesn't work! I try logging in and nothing happens.
When I finally want to use it, the login feature keeps telling me to wait. Was going to reinstall but seeing other comments, I'll forego

Installed. Wouldn't work, didn't have all the downloads. Uninstaller. Reinstalled. Same results.
Just like there web site and customer service this app is horrible you'll have better luck calling, to deal with this outdated monopoly company.
0 stars, I should have gotten paid to have this app. Um... What's the point of this app? Cant pay bill, cant see bill, can only see what I already know which is where I live
Not useful in the least. Can't pay my bill, can't see outages, both just redirect to the website, but still wants me to login.
